Turning 30, and now 31, hasn't really changed my life. I still want to have young energy and I want to keep doing what people in their 20s are doing. However, I will say that what's most important is each year feeling like you've become more wise, taken more risks, become more emotionally mature, and enjoying life more and more. Hope you get some big takeaways from this video. Write them down - if you don't write something down it's like you never heard it :) Also, get my free affiliate marketing course, free stocks, and more in the description above!

Y’all need to stop saying you’ve wasted your 20s. You didn’t. It was an amazing journey of self discovery.

I'm 28 now and visited my college town that's 2 hours away yesterday after a few years. I laid a blanket down under a tree on campus and thought: "Why was I so hard on myself during college? I was young and didn't know any better." Understanding really happens in retrospect.

I loved my 20s. Followed a traditional path. College, grad school, tenure. I listened to my parents and other wise people. This allowed me to learn from experiences of others. 30 is still young. Compete with yourself. Everyone is running a different race. Good luck.

“Be comfortable being alone and remember there is no spotlight" biggest points that resonated with me! Great video!

I wish I saw this video when I was 21. I’m currently 25 right now and I’m also a people pleaser kinda, after I graduated from college I wanted to chill and just work and figure out what I wanted to do in life. My mom assist I should continue school and take loans or what not. I listened and later realize I didn’t even want to do this, so I stopped going to school and now have loans I’m paying monthly for no reason. Guys do what you actually want to do, don’t do it because your parents want you to do it. Biggest regret ever

Turning 30 is actually pretty amazing. You are more mature, confident and you see life from a different perspective. This is the best age of your life.
I'm in my mid 30s and I have some regrets for not using my early 20s and 30s with full potential. I feel like my 20s flew away in a blink of an eye. In my 20s we didn't have access to these huge amount of internet resources and social media, so we spent our times doing and learning other stuff outside internet world. I've realized, being disciplined is the most crucial thing to achieve anything in life.

Thank you for this video !!! I am about to turn 24 and I feel like I have not done anything in my life, which is true. However, I faced something that affected my mental health. This kept me in a depressing mindset of not doing anything. The pandemic was amazing for me as I took advantage and graduated on time. It was after I graduated that impacted me. My university wouldn't give me my diploma that I worked so hard for. It was an ongoing battle to get it resolved. No one helped me and I couldn't afford an attorney so I got depressed. I kept losing hope each time they revoked my documents. I would sleep in, not brush my teeth, and would forget the last time I shower. I did not care as I had nothing to look forward to. I felt like my life ended and I felt embarrassed for myself. I felt like a failure. It took them over a year, almost two, to give me my diploma. To this day their apology means nothing to me as they stole a year and a half away from me. Also, the apology was not sincere and broad, which pissed me off more. It almost felt like they did not care. Also, not having my diploma and seeing all my friends getting jobs deteriorated my health. After receiving my diploma on December 2022, I booked a flight to Japan. It has always been a dream of mine to go there and it was a gift to myself. I just got back and I am inspired to work for travel as I want to go back. My mindset has shifted and I tell myself it's never too late and you have a different journey. This video has reassured me that everything is going to be okay. I will take your advice of not comparing myself to others and not being afraid to do me. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 I'm literally crying right now writing this!!! I hope that a year from now I am living my 20s, taking risks, and have a decent first job that I love. Still trying to find myself lol but you gotta start somewhere.

I love it! For me, the ones that stood out to me the most are

- Take care of your body
- Focus more on happiness and chasing that
- There is no spotlight and nobody is looking at you. Do what you are scared of.

Thank you, Charlie!

Everything you said in this video so true. Once I stop playing high school sports I started gaining weight and time does fly by in your 20’s.

Amazing video! I’m turning 29 this summer and I’m getting nervous for my 30s. I know we can’t stop aging and we shouldn’t let society set our timeline of when things should be done by a certain time but it does put into perspective how fast time has gone by. Thank you Charlie for sharing your list and I definitely can relate to them! Make 30s the best!

I agree that moving out from your college town changes your focus and perspective about life. Usually we feel comfortable staying in a place that we know so well.

Turning 28 next month. Don't even recognize who I am anymore. Feels like the real me left along time ago. Word of advice to a 20 year old. Go hard and build now. By the time your 30 you're old and wasted your youth. Every second matters.
