The Table clearing on harsh shifting indeed does work, I did it today. I had hard shifts on my 2019 between 7&8 and would lose power between 2 & 3 on occasion. The reset has fixed it!

I used ForScan Lite, reset my transmission on 2013 Ford Fusion. Works perfectly.

Nice video. Like you I own a 2018 Raptor. I could not get the auto fold mirrors or change turn signal flash number to work without me having to go in and physically changing the codes in the “as built” table. I was hoping I could get by with the easier method. Overall glad it’s working. Thanks

A couple of years ago I used ForScan to activate my Sat Nav... which the dealer said would cost over £1, 000. It took me around 7 minutes as I was ultra careful, taking a photo of every screen in case I had to revert to previous settings. A dealership would have done it in 2 minutes, it's one line of code, and as I said, charge you over £1, 000.

This is amazing. Why didn't I know about this sooner! My dealer has me over a barrel to flip my backup camera display and fix hard shifting. This would be cheaper and much better to take control of your own vehicle.

I have a 2014 mondeo with a powershift gearbox that wouldn't go in reverse. Ford garage said gearbox is broke. Used the transmission relearn thing and now it works fine.

The whole reason I got ForScan was to clear the transmission history. I have to clear it about every oil change. Totally worth it.

I ordered a cable for my '19 ranger. If I can just disable the double honk I figure it's worth the money. Probably won't change much else.

The DTC codes that show up are always there when the ignition is on but the vehicle isn't running. Ignore them.

Will Forscan work on a Zeus? Mine is an XP version, and I do have the standard ODB2 cable (since the Snapon dongle wont work for some reason)
I know Ive installed a bunch of other things on it, since it is a PC at the end of the day. Im only interested in older Fords, like Panther cars, maybe the odd early 00s Mustang, etc.

Was my comment about FORScan on your last transmission video the motivation for this video (patting myself on the back)? I had previous success with FORScan resetting my tables but the rough shift returned months later. I just took my F150 in to the dealer to get the latest reprogram which makes shifting 90% better, I hope this is a permanent fix. I did use FORScan to do the folding mirrors and a few other tweaks like showing the actual transmission temp on the instrument cluster. Love you channel, and great video.

The Forscan Lite does not do configuration. You have to use the computer with wired connection.
