Completely Remove Babylon Toolbar/Search/Settings from Mozilla Firefox!!

Did you accidentally download the Babylon Toolbar when downloading another program and now you are having trouble getting rid of it?? hmmm can you copy and paste those two lines? It might be that you have another addon associated with Babylon and it might be installed in your computer. If so you should see it when you go to "uninstall a program" in your PC and find that addon and uninstall it. (like my videos on removing bablyon from explorer and chrome in the video links in the description of this video)

I love you xD I got babylon first and I removed it...then I got mixi.dj so I used the same tip and it worked. I guess it works for every unwanted toolbar so thankyou so much!!

thank you so much i dunno where i should say this to get the word out but when installing w/e you are you can't just uncheck babylon after you hit next make sure you hit CANCEL not OK as it is asking you to install despite you unchecking all the options

Thanks for watching! yes I had to dig around everywhere to find out how to get rid of Babylon in the about:config. When I finally learned how to do it, I just had to make a video so others can get rid of Babylon too!!

Yeah they do make it more complicated than it has to be so im reluctant to download what they are recommending but u made the easiest to follow tutorial. Oh i do have one question tho, u know how u can download any video with real player? Is that legal?~

Went to several "remedy" locations -- this is the only one that worked. The troubleshooting information and removing the user and pref info that kept reloading Babylon info made the difference.

I also am a proponent of "Super Antispyware" and realized I had not run it since getting this infection-another video suggested that - so if you are wary of going to the depth recommended here, you might try that. Just beware of CNET/Download.com -- they appear to be a big part of the problem.
