Completely Remove Babylon Toolbar/Search/Settings from Google Chrome!!

Did you accidentally download the Babylon Toolbar when downloading another program and now you are having trouble getting rid of it?? Well this tutorial is a must see because it not only shows how to get your default Google Chrome browser settings back but it also shows how to completely remove Babylon from your computer as well!

I'm glad it worked! The reset to default in the chrome resets any settings you changed in the inner workings of chrome (i.e. Babylon) and should not affect your computer.

I'm glad you got it fixed! yeah, there are a lot of other extensions like Babylon that get downloaded by mistake, it's important to remove all of those too.

I'm glad the video helped! as for the B1 search toolbar, it should be completely gone from Chrome but I would still check if it is there on any other browsers you have installed. I have gone over the Babylon removal for IE and Firefox as well and those are in the video links in the description of this video. They should be similar in removing B1 from other browsers. :)

Hmmm My other suggestions would be for you to first remove Babylon from your other browsers (if you have not done that already). I have done videos on Firefox and Internet Explorer and you can see those in the description of this video. Babylon may be saved directly on your computer through those Browsers.

If that doesn't work, you can try going to:

chrome://flags/

And near the top right, select "Reset all to default". That may remove Babylon from the inner workings of chrome.

hmm, I looked up your problem and I think this might be the solution:

Click 'Chrome' on your menu at the top, then 'preferences'. On the 'basics' section, check the bod for 'Show Page and Tools menu' under the 'Toolbars' heading. The icons should now appear to the right of the address bar

I solved it, there was another extension with a weird name, something like "linked" whose symbol was an arrow. When I removed it I had no more problems.

hmmm the new tab should be fixed when you remove the Babylon extension. Did you remove the extension or does Babylon show up anywhere else, either in chrome or in "uninstall a program" section of your PC?

I think the new Chrome can't change the New Tab in the settings anymore. But if you go to the Chrome Apps Store (just google it if you haven't before) you can then search for "New Tab Redirect". Download that extension and then modify the new Tab to whatever. It should work.
