This video shows you how to install a new coolant temperature sensor from TRQ on your 2012-2018 Nissan Altima (2.5L L4). The coolant temperature sensor sends important information to your vehicle’s computer to manage the efficiency and safety of your vehicle’s engine. A failed sensor could cause damage or overheating.

This repair was done on a 2016 Nissan Altima Base 2.5L Sedan 4-Door FWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2012 Nissan Altima

Right on top of the sensor plug is another wiring that goes down where does that goes to I can seem to find where mines goes to because I can’t see no other plug
