You should always use a new o-ring, especially if there is one included in the package you buy. The o-ring should not be placed loosely in the pipe as in the film, but should be placed on the sensor before installation. The fact that the old o-ring is larger is because it swelled.

Hi, I have a SEAT Leon 2.0 Diesel (2009) and the fan keeps running for about 10-15 minutes every time I switch the engine off. A local garage said it was the engine management sensor but that the sensor alone costs £250. Would this be the same sensor the garage was talking about?

My vw scirocco has problems starting when it is hot, can take a lot of tries to go. Starts first time when the cars cold. Could these sensors being failty be the issue? Thanks!

My jetta struggles to start after the 4th or 5th attempt. It always starts with no problem the first 3 times. My radiator fans are always on as well. A bad ect sensor?

So can you explain why two engine coolant sensors, they must be providing information to two separate systems.
One must be the engine ECU is the other for the dash gauge or the radiator fan control
Does anyone know the answer to this question, if so please share this information.

hey mate does this throw a code for specific sensor of the two? or is it same code for both do you know by chance? im showing code p0116 ect sensor 1 on my cjaa 2.0tdi so thinking its just the first one but i might order both just in case
