Thank you very much for your amazing lectures! they are informative, concise and well-presented. I really appreciate your help. But I have two corrections if you don't mind: 1- Rheumatic fever is caused by unproperly treated streptococcal pharyngitis or scarlet fever, skin infection with streptococcus rarely causes rheumatic fever(So focus in exams on pharyngitis as the site of infection). 2- Transposition of The Great Vessels means: the right ventricle pumps into the aorta and the left ventricle pumps into the pulmonary trunk. Of course PDA and PFO are present for maintaining life. However, they are not the determinant anomalies.
