Hysterical Woman Tells Judge She Can't Go To Jail After 4th DWOL

Judge told her to quit driving, but she didn't listen....so he told her again, and she didn't listen again, and again... He even told her she would go to jail, and she still didn't listen. Now she is screaming and crying over the prospect of going to jail.

At least 4 DWOLs, recently crashed their car on a suspended or revoked license and the only thing she cares about is being able to continue driving. Clown behaviour

Aside from the community at large, the 12 year old is the real victim. I hope they have a strong fortitude to overcome adversity and the intelligence to break free of that vicious cycle.

She IS a victim .... a victim of her own choices, mistakes and stupidity. I think 5 days was too lenient. 5 weeks for the accumulated unpaid court costs, fees and fines should be the minimum. Children learn by example. She is a terrible example! Alcohol costs money - money that could have been paid to the Court. Possibly it would beneficial to the 12yr old if she lived elsewhere, maybe permanently. Obviously the drunk's 'friends' grew tired of her crap, they refuse to be her chauffeur. The common denominator in this situation is the selfish drunk. Yet she blames everyone else for the situation she alone created. What a total loser!
