I have recently looked at a picture of the strong young individual David Hogg with you Deepak Chopra standing intently behind him from an earlier date. I have also just recently watched an interview of young Mr. Hogg and without any prompt from the network journalist who asked how he was doing, David mentioned that he was continuing with his meditation practices. I am not certain, but I see a connection. Thank you, truly.

Meditation - is to connect yourself with reality or connecting your consciousness with Supreme consciousness or conscious reality for inner peace & happiness. Every one think so but actually their is no need to do this all because you can always remain in meditative mode by remembering just small things what ever you do, do with your heart always do good, feel the GOD that he always stand for good people. enjoy your life tough times come and go, good times come and go, face them with courage & smartly.
