We used Paintbox Yarns Woolmix Super Chunky in Pistachio and Candyfloss Pink with a 10mm hook. You can use any weight yarn and matching hook to work along!

I was so afraid of learning crocea and I thought I would never be able to learn it because of the way it was taught to me and they used to tell me from the first 10 minutes of teaching it to me. But God is great. Today he has introduced you to me. Once again this lady has done the impossible. I watched the same video probably ten times and all I could make were tight little worms. I got a bigger hook (6mm instead of 4) but watching it with her chunky yarn and how slow she is, I finally got it! It’s still a little wonky but you can at least tell the stitches! Thank you!
