OCD and Hoarding Disorder

I'm struggling living with my sister who has OCD. If I'm not here to clean, our house would be disgusting. It's already bad because I'm older now and I'm physically weaker and can't keep up with the cleaning. It's isolating because people can't come to our house because of the hoard piles and dirt. To be honest it's affected my mental health now too. I feel trapped in my sister's mental illness. She denies she has a problem. But it's bad. She used to used to be really unhinged before and so verbally and emotionally abusive. She's improved but no one can visit us etc. Cleaning upsets her too. She's taken over the whole house. My family has a lot of people who are mentally ill in some form of the other...I feel really trapped. Living with someome who is mentally ill really damages the people who have to deal with them.
