Man arrested after boarding Delta plane without a ticket

The man was seen taking photos of other passengers’ boarding passes, then using one of the photos to board the plane himself.

The criminal would not qualify for an insanity defense. He knew exactly what he was doing and planned his deliberate actions accordingly. Moreover, he attempted to obscure his illegal act by hiding out in the bathroom(s) of the plane. Luckily, all the seats were sold and he had no where else to sit (except of course the toilet). Delta should charge him for the costs (such as fuel expended) caused by his criminal act. Southworst (and Delta) should place him on a permanent "no-fly" list, and the Southworst employee who gave him the passes should be punished.

ABC should know 99.9% of us can process this crime without enlisting the so called "aviation expert" John Nance. Of course, more likely than not John is already being paid a fixed fee to be the go-to aviation talking head as there is no incremental cost to ABC, as simple a financial decision as ABC.
