Cabinet Doors Not Aligned | Easy Fix

There are a number of different ways that a cabinet door can be misaligned or not shutting properly. I will walk you through the 3 different adjustments which will fix 99% of your issues without much trouble and can be taken on by any homeowner or renter.

How would you adjust old school hinges (like the ones at 00:26) where the doors are misaligned? Are there any adjustable hinges that are drop in replacements for these that don’t require cabinet mods (boring holes, etc.)?

Wow thank you for this! I had just taken my cabinet doors off to repaint. When I put them back up, they were misaligned; and it was driving me insane. Fixed within a matter of seconds by using the adjustments.

Unfortunately I have traditional old American -style hinges. Probably installed in the 1950s.
