Your video has been one of the most helpful I have found. I have the European type hinges. At roughly 2:08 you mention the adjusting screw up and down. Mine have that screw as well. Question, how is that screw going to move up when the bottom screw cannot be adjusted up or down at the exact same time? Mine do not move a great deal up or down (seems they want you to use the slotted mounting screws for that). Still, seems one would not do much good to move unless both could move at the same exact time. Remember Dr. Doolittle and the "Push Me - Pull U?"

PS a VERY minor nit....I might have called the adjustment #1 'Side to side', #2 'in and Out' and #3 'up and Down'. Giving SOD or SID mnemonics
