How come the same oil has a low smoking point and high smoking point at the same time ? It would be better to switch oil every 2-3 day and low smoking oil should be used on eating any raw foods but avoid sunflower oil but for frying use low smoking during air frier or microwave but while bbq and frying use high smoking point oil.
