Wikipedia lists this battle as Ottomans: 80k to 100k and 100 cannon. The Christian group had 40k to 50k and 300 cannon.

Superior cannon usually refers to heavier cannon, firing heavier shells, but it could be any of the things you mentioned as well, or a combination of them.
