So many gyms won’t hire you once they find out you did the NASM 😩I wish I would have known this before I wasted money..

Confusing. This is saying an individual should not deadlift if they can’t touch there toes.

This isn’t that well explained when the visual diagram literally shows 5 levels and this trainer is saying there are 3! Make the visuals match the reality! What would help in the diagram is a representation of how long the said phase should last or what milestones should be achieved. He just says “after we spend a period of time in our level 2 “strength” we move up to our level 3 “power””. Well how long? It is all a bit vague,

He then says and I quote “each of our levels are broken down into 5 phases”. Really? Because that is not at all what the visual aid shows 🙄 he then backtracks and says that phase 1 is the whole of level 1. So actually phase 1 and level 1 seem indistinguishable. But it is just that level 2 has 3 phases. And that seems it lol

4:00 it is comprised of”. That is repetition. Comprised means consists of. You don’t need to say “comprises of”. You say “comprises” or “consists of”.
