Would've been nice if they expanded further into non-equipment based modifications/progressions in each phase for these very obvious exercise selections. Now that woulda been "Outstanding!".

Even when i was doing this course, i never understood the relationship between science and the OPT model. Why someone ha to do 6 weeks of stability type of training only? Who can say that the client isn't ready to do muscular endurance type of training. It's being proven that the science can tell you exactly what you want. The funny is that you have a plank as a stability exercise. There are better alternatives that can teach someone balance and coordination. Stability is all about strength. Without strength you can't have balance.

It is way too hard to follow a topic with her saying "again", "you know", "uhmm.." and all kind of filler words after every sentence.... I had to quit watching because i was seriously getting frustrated by this.
