For some crazy reason, I want t eat before bed
Years ago I went on a very strict diet n lost 30lbs but I would go t bed feeling like I was
STARVING
IT WAS SO BADCI HAD A hard time sleeping
Tday I don't really wanna eat until late n I always wanna eat before bed, even if I eat I lil sthing, n it's then I really crave sweets
Any suggestions S t why this crazy practice

Ugh…I can’t sleep if I’m starving. I eat just a tiny bit to stave off hunger before bed. 🤔

The first tip doesnt work for me
I have tried doing it, my stomach feels very empty and i dont fall asleep so i tend to eat 1 and a half hour before bed
