Looking forward to it, Ma'am. Also, Ma'am, I am seeing a lot of hype for Creating, Collagen, Omega-3 and other supplements. Please take this topic in this series. I am a vegetarian, So I don't take many of these. I don't take Collagen, Omega-3 etc. I am regular with my workout 4 days per week. I'll follow everything in this series. Thank you, ma'am.

Did you say Monday 6pm? I was eagerly looking forward to this. As Indian vegetarian it looks very difficult to get the 0.8gm of protein per kg body weight daily. I am eager looking forward to this series.

Definitely waiting for the upcoming series. Please, do talk about suplements, their necessity according to age. Also, about when should one start taking them and in what amounts. Since my daughter is 25 and I'am 54 so the reason for asking.
