Dashcam Saves Driver From Being At Fault!

An SUV driver reversed into the dash cam car, causing an accident! The guy who had been driving the SUV immediately blamed the dash cam driver for the accident. He also lies to his insurance and files a false claim, which was denied when the dash cam footage was shown.

I believe there should be a law that imposes a minimum penalty of $5, 000 and requires individuals found guilty of insurance fraud to personally cover the costs of any damages they caused, without relying on their insurance coverage.

Yesss! Finally got to see a video where the dashcam person did not tell the person who was at fault about the camera and just let them lie about it!
I’m sure it’s probably hard not to want to outright defend yourself when this happens and you know you’re in the right, so I understand why so many people instantly blab that they have it all recorded.

I used to do claims, and I’d say probably 70% of people lie in some form or another, and there’s really no recourse. It’s technically intentional misrepresentation, but in reality, there’s just not enough resources to pursue every case
