This clip shows the importance of having a dashcam recording at all times. A road raging insurance scammer cut off this dashcam owner which caused a crash, and the scammer immediately blamed the cam owner. Luckily the dashcam saved the day and this lying fraudster didn't get very far.

don't insult them _(scammers and ragers)_ .. and don't tell them about the dash cam. just maintain your innocence, exchange information and let things move as they will. when they not only lose the case, have to pay up, but also get in additional trouble for filing false reports with the police -- only then might they learn their lesson.
