I have never related to something so much. IT'S like hearing my life being described to me until ADHD is brought up than I'm like nope don't have that.

Hi Inflow. I like how you say that adhd is a copingstrategy of young children to neglect CEN. (if you have genetics that can be activated that way). Therefore adhd in itself is not causing all the things that it statistically is overlapping with. but neglect is causing both less develpment of executive functions and later symptoms and it is causing those feelings and core believes. But the feelings are not causing the symptoms. They have a common cause and that is why they often overlap.

I don't understand why it's considered only something that people with ADHD or Autism could have? That makes no sense to me. It honestly seems like something anyone can develop in childhood from bullying, neglect, etc.
