Quick question though Daljit : you seem to favour at time succession of "pure defense" training then"pure attack" training every other week. Is there a reason why you don't simply set up an "attack&defense" week instead of a 100% attack/100% training alternative weeks ? cheers

How come you don't seem to ever use Match Review and Recovery? Recovery at least seems really nice to reduce injuries
