Okay, so the crypto comment did not age well, but regardless. I would argue that freight forwarders will not go away because half of what I do is not freight forwarding. It is fire fighting (dealing with problems). When I explain my job to others I just ask them if they have seen the meme of the dog sitting on a chair while the building is on fire, while saying "This is fine". If they say yes, then I say that is my job! :D
