The perk that lets you make friends is great for geting vassals to actually like you for a long time - preventing powerful factions against you and making it much easier to pass laws. Also the perk that gives you skill points for every friend you have is great. Though the ones you mention in this video are definately the most powerful.

Stalwart Leader is the worst ! Land a son, to let them start getting lifestyle exp, get a better son, decide you want to kill off the firs tone in battle, cant because he picked stalrwart leader :S (you can, it just takes a bazillion tries). My favourite I think currently is befriend - the whole tree actually is OP imho, just non stop start till end befriend people, get stat bonuses, give kids stat bonuses. You can befriend best knights within diplo range and invite them, best courtiers with best perks, befriend foreign rulers, theyll send you sons into service, which you can them convert and marry matrilineally to your daughters, convert entire kingoms or empires to your religion and dynasty over time using that trick. Sure, you can kidnap them and demand conversion on release, but then you cant marry them and say replace the karling dynasty on the throne of francia with your own with that :)

Fabricate hook is basically the most all around useful perk imo

Even with intrigue > 20, if say your target has decent intrigue say 15 with a decent spymaster can be difficult to pull off an.abduction, esp if courtiers dont hate the ruler. Not to mention schemes can take up to 4 years. Great against low.intrigue characters though.
