I felt so seen with this video. I LOVE Resurgence, Desperate Measures & Troubleshooter so much. They're GOATED perks disguised as average-bad perks.

100% completely agree, all these perks are very underrated! When Vittorio first came out I used to use Fogwise a lot, I should definitely use it a bit more again! Resurgence is great, but I actually never thought of it allowing you to actually get multiple heals out of a medkit, I usually just get healed by a teammate, might have to start implementing this more in solo queue tbh! Awesome video dude!! 😊🙏🏽🙌🏽

Light-footed would actually be useful if they removed the 'healthy' part of it or the fast vault part of it. Or even lower the fast vault cooldown. Desperate Measure should be increased to 16% instead. Those 2-8% increase would make it feel much better. But yeah, underrated is true for these.

Finally, a video that actually names some underrated perks. Although Resurgence definitely isnt underrated nowadays, Second Wind is though. Heal someone, then next time you get unhooked you're healed in 20 seconds. This can come in insanely clutch at times and essentially does what Adrenaline used to do

Desperate measures also pairs incredibly with Botany knowledge for real fast healing speed. I personally prefer Botany Knowledge because I rarely use a medkit to self heal.

I do agree with desperate measures. I had a teammate unhook me in literally 1 second. They still got hit and died but that saved me rather than the killer getting me and him bc it was endgame and bro was cooked regardless if he saved me or not
