Don't know if it's underrated but I really like Empathy. It's good to always know if an injured survivor is nearby, but also the killer is often chasing an injured player so it also works as letting you know where the killer is judging by how the injured survivor moves.

You can also use Alert in chases to see if the killer is gonna mindgame after a pallet break so it's a nice 2 in 1 perk

distortion is absurdly underrated especially now with all these aura reading perks

I use Bond, lets you know if other teammates are near you, or where they're going if they're being chased nearby. If you're on a gen and someone is hooked, the perk also lets you know if you need to rescue or if someone else is closer to the hook if they're within the range (and the range is pretty big). It's a really useful perk for a solo queue player like me.

Having all that information available to you, ESPECIALLY with the survivor icons, means you can effectively be the savior of the lobby, or see if someone else is. Your allies when you're hooked will get a bunch more info, and also almost always confirm your unhook so you can live longer.
...I say this because Windows couldn't possibly be underrated, I think it's straight up balanced-overrated lol

Alert also gives you a slight bonus every time the killer breaks a pallet since you get an auditory warning before the animation even starts. It may not sound like much but a few half-seconds of additional distance adds up over time.

I always run “we’ll make it”, helps so much being a bit new and every second I’m not healing means a second to run away from my failures

Aftercare permanently shows you all the other survivors if you play right but never sees play. It easily tops all other "reveal survivors aura" perks because it has no cooldown, no range, it applies for doing altruistic objectives, it works both ways and they see you as well, and its only downside is it resets if you get hooked. But whoever unhooks/heals you will immediately start it up again. (Plus they only need to tap you to activate it, so it can apply to everyone in seconds)

I like to use No One Left Behind too. If you manage to complete all the gens, you can know where everybody is, it's easier to help in case you need to tank someone and it's fun be able to unhook someone in half of the time, most killers don't expect this, you avoid a grab and there's a high chance that everybody escapes.

I absolutely love We'll Make It, used it for the first time months ago when experimenting with perks I didn't use, and now I can't play a game without it

The most underrated card is aftercare.
The moment you start to get value you will get value everytime.
Even if you get hooked and lose your ability you get saved again and the Perk activates again.

In my opinion, Empathy should take Alert's spot. Alert doesn't work if you're going against a stealth killer or one that uses Undetectable perks/addons in some way, but Empathy works to see all injured survivors pretty much anywhere on the map. No, you won't hear a sound like with Alert, or see EXACTLY where or who the killer is, but if you suddenly see the aura of someone appear across the map, then you know the killer is over there in that area.

I think Empathy is the most underrated. It’s the only info perk I run and it’s extremely helpful for positioning.

I think distortion and any means necessary are also really good underrated perks! I've noticed with any-means not only can you reset pallets but it also kinda tells you where someone's being chased on the map

I’d say Distortion is very underrated. Windows of Opportunity is one of the most popular perks in the game rn lol
