I miss being able to sit how i want😭 but this has convinced me. If it means increasing the chance of a safe birth then I'll do it. But i can't wait to sit all folded up and wonky again!

Since finding this video on your Tiktok my baby A has flipped from breech to vertex. Being aware of my posture helped keep him where he needed to be despite all the exercises I was already doing! Thank you!!

How early to start? Can I start later I’m More comfortable now in the wrong positions lol but I’m only 12 weeks
