This is amazing. Muslims are encouraged to wake up between this period to pray, read the holy book. It’s always said prayers done between this period are always accepted. Dreams and wishes do come true!

I'm from India... Our Hindu darma tell us to wake up at this period everyday and practice yoga and meditation, and we call it as brama mukurtham... And we conduct all auspicious events in this time

If that happens then you have a liver problem that struggling to get rid of toxins at that time. And in more severe situations you have heart + Liver problems. No Mambo Jambo at that time check your eating habits and cut sugars, your liver is in danger! Diabetics have to cut carbs and sugars may be completely. I had that and did 4-5 times 14 days water fasts, until removed insulin resistance completely. Now I eat OMAD and very low carbs => and sleep like a baby. If you wake up at 3AM don't fight but do 20min meditation, this is the only thing that helped me on these nights.

I’ve been waking up at this time, but I’m a light sleeper myself and tend to stay lucid when I’m about to fall deep asleep, now I’ve been asking my higher self advice and it’s so amazing to develop a connection.

I am waking up often during this time sometime like this morning around 445. It's definitely not a nightmare that wake me up. It's my specific person thinking about me, my own interpretation is that beside my SP thinking about me is that my manifestation of being in an amazing loving relationship with my specific person is knocking on the door the universe is telling me get excited celebrate it's knocking on the door. It's feels like you have just won the biggest price in the lottery but you cannot come forward until you speak with a lawyer. I feel like in general when I am awake during the day and when I wake up at night that my manifest has already manifested.

I was in a marriage for years.
We knew each other since my 11.
He was always the love of my life but the last couple of years i wasnt happy, it was hard 2 let that feeling come in so i went on and on and on..
And than it happend, i woke up every night, for months i was awake around those 2 hours.
13 of oktober i said i wanted 2 leave, and it went fast.
Right away i found a house ( and its so hard 2 find a house here).
1 of december i had the key and a week later i went for the first night 2 sleep here.
This is my 5th night in my own house, my own life and i sleep like a baby .. even around 2 till 4 🙏

For quite a while now, 3:41 a.m. every day without fail, I just thought God/ Universe is trying to tell me to communicate and although I know in a few hours I have to go to work, I'll say my affirmations, pray, it's subconsciously at this point, now .
Couldn't never explain why it has been like this for a few months now.
