Egg white - 3 pieces (medium)
Sugar - 160 g
Corn starch - 10 g
Lemon juice - 10 g

Oven - 110 C / 230 F
Time - 90 min + 60 min in the oven turned off

Lemon Curd

Yolk - 2 pieces
Sugar - 70 g
Lemon juice - 50 ml
Zest - 1 lemon
Butter - 30 g

Whipping cream - 200 g
