100% Your lead Gen has to be based around what your personality is like or you will always shy away from doing it! Personally I like sending out emails about market trends!

Get your license and start investing into real estate in other ways like wholesaling, fix and flip, buy and holds, and also a realtor. If you're looking for quicker cash do the investing part its all the same concept you just explained, a realtor has to wait awhile to get paid could be 2 months could be a year

So true!! Being a Real Estate agent is not a get rich quick business. Just like ANY business it takes time to grow. Even though we have a brokerage that we hang our license with, we are still individual contractors. So establish your business and then treat it like a business not a hobby and watch it grow. Remember why you became a real estate agent, we are here to serve and help people find their peace of paradise or an investor make their next big investment.
This business can be rewarding in many ways not just the financial aspect if you do it right. 😊

So true!!! #1 lead generating…if it isn’t meshing with your personality it may hurt your career more than help it. Speaking from experience.

I remember reading in my courses that there's a difference between Realtor and a real estate agent. Just be careful not to call yourself a Realtor if you're not one.

Do you think 34 years old is too late to get into real estate? I’m trying to figure out a career change but can’t figure out what I want to do!
