Easiest way to make forest in unity

In today's video, we are creating a fantasy forest scene. fast and easy.

Edit: I have the same forest asset like you. but i have a huge proble. the Custom shader that comes with it does not work and I don't know why. did you have the same problem ? what can I do ? pls help if you can :(

How to get the texture on the tree? When I place my trees the texture is not there and it is just pink.

Is there a way to just paint the area for where the trees are to be placed, so you don't have to manually delete them for example on roads?

Not a way to teach how to do this if you don't start from zero. U already had all assets. The video is like fast-forwarding and no explaining at all. That does NOT help buddy.
