hey from greece. make "choriatiki" with a cucumber, feta (white cheese) tomato, caper, some oil, some vinegar, and oregano. you will love it

Try this but with a little finely chipped red onion, it's beautiful!

Also cajun cucumber salad is unreal with the saracha x

I make the tuna salad and use it as a dip, with cucumber as chips 😊

Rather than the garlic I use onion, and I add soy sauce, red chili flakes and eel sauce. So good . All together it’s cucumber, onion, can of tuna, mayo, soy sauce, red chili flakes, msg, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and eel sauce . Mmmm the eel sauce really brings it up a notch

Just going to state the obvious that I had to learn the hard way… you have to eat this right after you make it. I made the lox cucumber one and it was delicious but I put it in the fridge over night and the next morning it was all water. Cucumbers release their water. I had to throw it away. I was sad.

Very close to my fave! I make mine with kewpie, buldak sauce (black bottle), sesame seeds, msg, a little garlic paste, and a packet or 2 of tuna! (so i don't have to drain the water in the can😂)

Pickle juice
Red onion slices
Cucumber
Tuna
Kewpie mayo
A spoon of cottage cheese
Sriracha
Sesame oil & seeds
Diced provolone
(I put salt and pepper along with msg, obviously)
