Asus K45VM, I have download latest of Bios soft from website i updating into my laptop but if become fail. now I cannot start my PC event logo Asus not appear, please help me. how can i do?

could u help me i have update my bios with emergency flash *MOD*|
it succeeded.. after that i accidentally setted the boot from UEFI to legacy mode
and it didnt start up it shows the lights on power and then turns off after 2secons and wont turn on and keep repeating this
