Resistance Band Back and Bicep Workout -
Exercises:

2️⃣ Alternating Palms Forward Y Back 4x6-10 1:30

4️⃣ Alternating Hold Overhand Row 4x8-12 1:00

If you can't add more resistance to the band you're using, then remember that the further you step away from the point of resistance which means you're stretching out the band more, the more tension will be applied. Do you have a glutes workout? I've been doing all kinds of squats, donkey kicks, leg lifts etc & I feel like I'm losing my butt more than shaping it. It's definitely toning up, but I'd like the full bubble i used to have 😆

These work best leaving out the rep numbers and instead do each exercise to failure....
