Resistance Band Exercise: Bent Over Rows

Показать описание
Try performing bent over rows using a light resistance band to help reinforce proper spinal control and alleviate low back pain.

Before you begin, make sure you hold proper form:

1. Stand with both feet in the middle of the resistance band.
2. Hinge from your hip, bend your knees and keep your weight centered. You don't want your heels to be rocking.
3. Keep your back flat and arms straight.
4. Wrap your hands around the band.
5. Bend your elbows to pull the band up, keep your elbows towards your back.
6. Slowly straighten your arms and lower your hands back to the starting position.
