You can also put the band on the floor making sure your feet are placed on the middle of the band, and then pull forward and downward like a bar. It works out the chest, the backarm too.

am 51 kg .. which one resistance band should i use
.yellow or red or the appropriate weight regarding my body weight? and would it work properly cause i am totally rely on homeworkout... just I'm struggling with chest and back otherwise am fine with other muscles
