This was a great video, I made them and they came out perfect. Make sure you use salted butter to brush between the layers, not unsalted.

When I was a missionary in Germany, we lived in a part of Cologne where there were many Turkish people. Every morning, the women gathered around a propane fueled flat iron and cooked this amazing bread. Despite our language differences, they would motion us over and gift us a hot round right off the iron! As we went about our day, we'd pick up a chocolate bar or a couple of bottles of lemon water or flowers and drop them by in return! Some of my best memories! Thanks for the recipe!

Let's try this again, I loved this presentation, makes me look forward to getting my own cookware in my new kitchen. I live in a retirement community in N Michigan. I have been ill, and the loss of my husband 10 yrs ago took me into bad decisions but on a better route now and much happier. Thank you for the recipe I can hardly wait to get some flour ;) I was raised by a self-taught gourmet chef who finally got into the restaurant business, she and my dad owned two restaurants thank God not at the same time. Thank you again, Holly M

In China, there is a street food called Shouzhuaobai, which is exactly the same as the one in the video. We usually eat it wrapped in vegetables or meat. But this hand cake should not eat too much, eat more hurt stomach.😂
