My grandparents were Pontics from Atapazar region and they used to make this they called it Havits

Basically a very cheese bechamel Use Colby & or Mozarella

Another dish is cooking fresh ccream with couple tablespoons of spoons of flour. Cook gently till fat separates. Sprinkle with sugar before serving - je je run

This looks fantastic. Is Kuymak the same as Muhlama? Whenever I'd go to Turkey, I'd order Muhlama, but I've never seen it being called Kuymak.
