at this point just buy one yourself. Used 5700xt, 3600 or 5600, 16gb of 3200mhz c16 ddr4 ram, 1tb of storage, a nice small matx case and obviously an matx motherboard. 500w psu, or 850 if you'd want to reuse it in your future, better build and you're good :D
