I would definetly upgrade the gpu to like at least a gtx 1650 super, rx 6500 xt, rx 580, or higher, I think you can find these cards new and or used for any price between 100-200.

Edit: this was a year ago when prices were falling but not as low as they were now. At the moment a used 5700 xt, 2060, and 6600 are all great options

If my budget was extended 190 bucks, I would upgrade the gpu to a 1660 super and upgrade the cpu to a Ryzen 5 5600X

fun lil story on how i achieved my "$500" setup, so around january i went to one of those amazon return liquidation stores with the bins, found the best deal ever for the pc for $150 (included the case, power supply, motherboard, cpu (i5 9400f) and ssd storage it was just missing the ram and the gpu. got a 1660 super for $100 and 16gb ram for $50 both on ebay boom $300 pc.after that i invested into a 170hz monitor for $125 bucks, headset for $50, and $25 on a mouse, the desk and chair were $40

Fun fact: for playing most of the games (maybe not the newest ones) you are fine with a gtx 1050, I have a 1060 and it works incredible, it might not have rtx but almost no games use rtx
