Nah airport food is underrated, best sushi ive ever had was airport sushi in amsterdam, they make it fresh everyday and i always try to eat some when im there

I used to get a sandwich like that at a small country kitchen - they added crookneck squash and portabello mushrooms. But it was the cheese and balsamic that was mouth watering! 🤤

I’m a vegetarian and a sanwhich I would recommend is either sourdough for focaccia lightly toasted then pesto alfalfa avo cucumber tomato it’s so yummy

hi genuine question: the sandwich looks absolutely delicious, but where are the 25g of protein? i know cottage and goat cheese have some protein (as well as the bread i can imagine), but it doesn’t seem to have that much. am i missing some info? thanks!

I had to come back to this video and leave a 10/10 review. 🎉🎉🎉🎉 If you hate any ingredient in this list, you’re gonna love this sandwich anyway! It’s pretty affordable to make and really easy to cook up. I used olive oil to roast the zucchini and heirloom tomatoes instead of Roma. Easily one of my top favorite sandwiches. So happy I found this.
