THE BEST STEAK SANDWICH | THE GOLDEN BALANCE

1 baguette (I used shallot Parmesan)
3lb Skirt steak
Marinade:
4 cloves garlic
Bundle cilantro
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1 lime zest and juice
1 lemon zest and juice
2 tsp salt

Olive topping:
1 cup olives
1/4 cup capers
Bundle cilantro or parsley
1 lemon
1/4 - 1/3 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
Go easy on the thyme

1 cup Truffle Mayo (use regular or add some truffle oil) I used @sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon
1-2 tsp horseradish (depends on your preference)

Finish with cheese of choice, you can also add arugula and some sort of pickle!

Sandwich was to die for.

All I'm saying is yall need to listen to this man. Made this last night for dinner and OH EMM EFF GEE! Second recipe I made of his and it did not disappoint! I added arugula and heirloom tomato and pickled shallots. My husband almost never comments on the food except when I ask if it's good and if he'll eat it again when I ask. Last night, he said "now this is a steak sandwich... oh my gosh baby this is so good... Winning! Thank you for your recipes! Today is that delicious leftover steak over rice. Yummy! 😋
