It's bad because of the ultimate team try hards. The gameplay on ultimate team is completely different from regular online play. They try to make it so bad that you're forced to play ultimate team in hopes you'll spend additional money on packs. Grown men blowing thousands on pack openings for views has ruined Madden and EA FC

No BS, i downloaded the trial and went into practice on all madden, ran a comeback route and as my qb was winding up to throw the ball, the cornerback that was running with his back to the qb, broke on the ball like he had eyes in the back of his head and intercepted the ball, he broke on the ball before the receiver did. I immediately deleted the trial

I read the defense perfectly but the qb threw it on the ground. Later on I read the defense again perfectly but instead of the ball being thrown towards my receiver it went all the way to the safety.

Every time while trying to play defense the cpu scored with barely any effort. The only time they didn’t score was when I made them fumble.

I grabbed the 10-hour trial. I uninstalled it after two hours. It lasted an hour longer than 23 or 24. I've been playing Madden since 1992. At this point, I want to fight someone over how half-assed this is developed.

All you have to do is develop it in Unreal 5 and get some playtesters that aren't a bunch of throne sniffers that want advanced copies for their YouTube content. Hell, I'll do it.

It's definitely not Real Physics based! It's all animation based. This is why there's still so much player clipping in the game (feet & legs clipping through bodies, arms & limbs fusing through body parts when getting up from tackles, players rolling right through the legs of other players, stepping through bodies on the field, etc.) If there was Real Physics, collision detection for body parts would be respected at all times.. EA once again is pulling the wool over our eyes smh.

Came back to madden 25 because reviews were mixed, but all the positive reviews I read said that franchise was the mode they cared about and that if you just don't play MUT it'll be good. Fuck no. They removed player mode in franchise and added rudimentary shit that 2k has fucking had for decades, and 2k isn't even good. Literally uninstalled within 20 minutes
