I did inner engineering course from Isha Foundation India and got my asthma cured within 3 months. I have also been doing yoga and gave up gluten and lactose food. Also minimizing sugar in diet helps

Asthma is no joke. It put me in ICU few years ago resulting in being in a coma, having surgery for a breathing tube, and ending up on life support. I'm only here today because it was the will of God definitely a miracle that I pulled throuugh that ordeal. I've been trying to get this done. For some reason they just want to keep trying new medications. I've had asthma for 38 years and have been hospitalized dozens of times from it. Not sure why the hell they won't go this route.
