This channel saved my time a lot. Your explanations are incredible.
I think you should use hashtags so your knowledge can reach a lot more people.

It might not seem like a big deal and I don't want to be the one to complain. I love and respect your work, and I owe much to you for your help in me understanding difficult concepts, but I felt really bad to see you have up videos on fractures but it was only for specific members. I'm from a small country where it isn't convenient for me to get a credit card and pay for subscriptions like those from a first world country. Anyways, probably not the place to say but I'm fearful that this platform will eventually become a wealth of knowledge only some can get

Gina guidelines recommend use of inhaled cortisteriods (as controller) plus formoterol ( as preferred reliever) so this is the track 1 treatment.

For track 2 asthma treatment we use inhaled corticosteroids (as the controller) plus SABAs mostly (as alternative reliever)

For track 2 asthma treatment patient has to be adherent with the daily controller therapy which is inhaled corticosteroids.

I only have one word i hate my severe asthma i can wake up at night suffocating and need to grab my blue puffer immediately to even breathe again the red puffer helps me not get that much attacks but i still get them it feels like your lungs are just pumps that slowly failing but you take your asthma meds feel better but worry about the next time you feel that way pumping manual breathing thats literally makes you suffocate and plus it makes things even harder to do

Struggling with asthma has been a constant battle, but discovering the power of natural remedies, particularly through Planet Ayurveda, has been a game-changer for me! Their holistic approach focuses on addressing the root causes, providing relief, and improving respiratory health naturally.

I have asthma, but I almost cured it by 3 simple steps. These methods are cheap and best :

1) No animal proteins like egg, mutton, chicken, milk and milk products...stop milk, curd, cheese etc at any cost. Eat simple vegetarian foods.

2) brisk walking (10 mins) in morning & evening in sunlight. Or cycling / सूर्य नमस्कार / play badminton / lawn tennis.

3) Ekadashi fasting is must. Have fruits, boiled veggies or soup.

I learned all these during covid lock down and now I am completely free of asthma, allergies, cold cough.
