Adds happiness to your settlements overall score.
Adds extra beds.
Brings in extra income.
Looks nice.

Takes around 25 minutes to build, not including decor.

Also. Is there a build limit on the PS4. My settlement in Sanctuary on my XB1cisn't massive but it's saying I've reached my limit. I guess I'll google it.

How did you place the actual bar? Like the place the settler stands to sell you stuff. I tried the rug glitch but I wasn't working.
