This reminds of when I was messing around with a difficulty editor mod that allowed me to change the stats of enemies. I tried toning down Scal as much as possible, and it looks like her stats match that of the WoF. I decided to use only Pre-HM gear, still couldn’t beat her :/

Don’t jump strait into pre hardmode, it would be a slog, I would suggest pre plantera/pre 3rd mech. Then go pre hardmode so the difficulty curve isn’t vertical

Is it worth using a non-summon weapon when you have a lot of minions? Isn't there a 50% penalty. Just wondering because idk well hybrids like that work in Calamity.

This seem super fun! I done the pre-hardmode one and i was awful, but this- the damage you deal and the fun of dodging etc etc is consistent and i like it. We can see how much TC devs nerf Calamitas, in versions before you take a similar amount of time in battle but with the top gear at the moment

I'm so glad that calamity got a balance patch for post moon lord weapon damage and boss health, otherwise this challenge would've been over three hours long.
