How To Make Marshmallows | Easy Recipe | No Corn Syrup

So pillowy soft marshmallows that you can make in your kitchen. This recipe is my kids favorite.

Here's what you'll need:
-unflavored gelatin 1 tablespoon (10g) & cold water 1/4 cup (60ml)
-sugar 1 cup (200g) & water 1/4 cup (60ml)

-cornstarch for dusting

Sometimes you just want to make some marshmallows without getting a scientific/philosophical breakdown… then buying 3 additional industrial hipster ingredients to make a super apex marshmallow.

I made it. So easy and delicious. Make sure you mix for about 10 minutes. It takes time but it works

Very good recipe! But when your pouring the mixture into the container, be as quick as possible as mine wasn’t flat and was setting really quick. If you end up in the same situation, dip the spatula in water to make it less sticky

if you have a machine mixer, I definitely recommend this recipe. it’s easy to make. you just need some patience
